Small Town America Family Session | Family Photographer, Mexico, NY

I don't even know where to start about this session!! I fall in love with most sessions I photograph/edit and this is no exception!  My friend Tiffany has gone through some rough times in her life, and it makes me soooo happy to share these photos of her with her new family. She deserves all of the happiness Josh, Grace and her kids, Josiah & Jalynn, bring her! 

My sister, owner and stylist of Backwoods Beauty Salon, did hair for all of the girls. The shoot took place a little apple stand on Route 3 in Mexico, and an abandoned barn nearby. I love the colors, the lighting, the people and everything about this session!!

Jen's Classic Maternity Shoot | Maternity Photographer, Pulaski, NY

First of all... I just have to say that I LOVE Jen for letting me do what I want with her maternity photos!! I am not one of those women into pregnant bellies, or anything typical for maternity shoots. Not that I have anything against it, it's just not my thing. I prefer pregnant women with their clothes on and giving maternity photos a classy, timeless look. Jen's shoot came out EXACTLY how I envisioned... even better actually!! 

Jen got her hair and makeup done by my sister, owner and stylist of Backwoods Beauty Salon in Richland, NY. She brought half of her wardrobe to the shoot so we had fun mixing and matching her outfits! The weather was pretty cold, so we did most of the photos inside, but then we ran outside for some quick field shots which are always my favorite. For being due in a month and a half, she looks pretty amazing!!

Winter Hike Engagement Session | Engagement Photographer, Central NY

My friend, (who asked to remain nameless), had me meet her and her fiance at their property one gorgeous winter afternoon! We took a walk on a trail in the woods, stopped in a sunlit field, went down by the river, and then ended up in front of their huge wooden barn. They brought along their dog, which of course, made the photos even that much better!!
